Welcome to Kairos Studios. By accessing or using our website, CRM management platform, studio booking interfaces, or digital client gallery portals (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing shoot galleries, submitting bookings, signing studio contracts, or logging into the platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Use of Services & Account Responsibility

You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, project access keys, and gallery passcodes. Kairos Studios is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared passcodes.

3. Shoot Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Media Ownership & Usage Rights: Copyright and usage licenses for all photography and cinema deliverables remain governed by your specific studio contract agreement with Kairos Studios.
Digital Gallery Access: Client galleries are provided for viewing, downloading, and sharing shoot deliverables in accordance with your agreed package. We reserve the right to archive or decommission galleries after contract retention periods.

4. Integration with Third-Party Cloud Services

Our platform integrates with third-party service providers, including Google Drive API for storage and Zenoph SMS for notification delivery. Use of integrated features is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party cloud service outages, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.
