2. Use of Google API Services & Data Disclosure
Our platform integrates with Google Drive API to facilitate seamless cloud storage, backup, and deliverable organization for client shoots.
Our application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically regarding Google User Data:
- Scope of Access: We request access to Google Drive (`drive.file` and `drive` scopes) solely to create dedicated project folders and store/upload photo and video deliverables managed by Kairos Studios.
- No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data or stored media files with third parties for advertising, marketing, or AI training purposes.
- Data Retention: Files uploaded to Google Drive remain securely stored within designated studio folders under administrative access controls.
3. How We Use Information
Collected data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Organizing and delivering client photo/video shoot collections via secure access key URLs.
- Processing bookings, contracts, invoices, and studio communication notifications via SMS or email.
- Maintaining platform security, audit logging, and resolving technical support inquiries.

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, and secure database credential management. Shoot deliverable galleries use cryptographically unique access keys to prevent unauthorized URL guessing.
